Our
Legacy & Cuisine
A space for connection, celebration, and quiet moments of indulgence, The Parliament is where Manhattan heritage meets modern American dining.
Meet Our Chef
Chef Rakmin Lee brings a disciplined, multicultural perspective to The Parliament. Originally from Korea, his culinary foundation was built in hotel kitchens before he trained at the Culinary Institute of America.
His experience spans Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels across New York and San Francisco, including leadership roles at Park Hyatt, Four Seasons, and Park Lane Hotel.
Drawing on a background in Korean, Japanese, Chinese, French, and Italian cuisines, Chef Lee approaches modern American cooking with precision, balance, and a deep respect for detail.
A Neighborhood Hub
From early risers to after-hours regulars, The Parliament draws a mix of Midtown energy. Whether you’re here for a meeting, a meal, or a nightcap, the atmosphere meets you where you are.
Open Table, All Day
From breakfast before check-out to drinks after work, The Parliament shifts with the hour, welcoming casual drop-ins, planned lunches, and spontaneous evenings alike.
