Meet Our Chef

Chef Rakmin Lee brings a disciplined, multicultural perspective to The Parliament. Originally from Korea, his culinary foundation was built in hotel kitchens before he trained at the Culinary Institute of America.

His experience spans Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels across New York and San Francisco, including leadership roles at Park Hyatt, Four Seasons, and Park Lane Hotel.

Drawing on a background in Korean, Japanese, Chinese, French, and Italian cuisines, Chef Lee approaches modern American cooking with precision, balance, and a deep respect for detail.
